The Springboard Collaborative in Georgetown, DE, has made remarkable progress in addressing the community's needs by establishing a 40-home pallet shelter village for those transitioning to permanent homes. The Springboard Cottage Village includes on-site wraparound services tailored to each resident's needs, ensuring access to humane housing and basic needs for health and safety.
